Give me three characteristics that describe you well.

What risk did you take in your last few jobs and what was the result of those risks?

What did you do in your most recent job?  Describe a typical day for me.

What were your boss's title and functions?

What was your most noteworthy accomplishment?

What might your company have done to be more successful?

How well did you enjoy working there?

Why did you leave?

How would you go about doing the job we need done?

What specific strengths do you think you cna bring to this position?

What have you done that's comparable to what we want to do?

Why should we hire you?

What differentiates you from other applicants?

Where do you see yourself three to four years from now?

What's the most monotonous job you've even had?

What's your biggest failure?

 

On your last job, what was it that you most wanted to accomplish but didn’t? Why not?

What was the best job you ever had? Worst job? Best boss? Worst boss? Why?

What do you pride yourself on?

You don’t have to answer this: tell me about some important event in your childhood. How did it shape you?

Why are you interested in changing jobs?
