Jay Cross helps people work and live smarter. Jay is the Johnny Appleseed of informal learning. He wrote the book on it. He was the first person to use the term eLearning on the web. He has challenged conventional wisdom about how adults learn since designing the first business degree program offered by the University of Phoenix.

If you’re new here, be aware that I am on Walkabout.
Pursuing what my gut tells me is #1 on Walkabout.
The white-heat focus is for this month and next is learning.
MOOCs just hijacked my attention for the next few days.
MOOC. MOOC. MOOC. Jokes. Frenzy. Scalable. Exponential. Disintermediating. Tip of iceberg. MOOC. MOOC. MOOC.
“With a MOOC MOOC here and a MOOC MOOC there, here a MOOC, there a MOOC, everywhere a MOOC-MOOC, Old Mac Donald had a farm, ee-i, ee-i, oh.” Which reminds me of one of the funniest things I have even seen on t.v. You have to laugh your butt off on the way to the final stanza to get to the Moo-Moo but you’ll thank me for it. (Or jump ahead to 3:17 if you must.)

I’m going to bone up on MOOCs to be ready to get the mostest out of our Hangout on Air on February 27th. Watch the G+ Learning Community for coordination and news. Learn with me. Make that us. The Google+ Learning Community
